Tea

Green tea originated in China over 5.000 years ago. This is still served today in China and Japan and is gaining popularity in the US because of its health benefits. Black tea Is green tea whose leaves have oxidized to yield a reddish color. Flavored teas are black tea blended with natural flavoring ingredients. Herbal teas are caffeine-free because they are not made from tea leaves. Instead they are blends of other plant leaves, flowers roots, grains, fruits, and spices.
